Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We respect your privacy rights and make this process simple.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

What Data Must Be Retained?

For legal and tax compliance, we must retain certain data for 7 years:

• Payment information
• Tax invoices

How to Request Data Deletion

• Send confirmation email when complete

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your account will be permanently closed
• You cannot access order history
• Saved addresses and preferences will be removed
• You will be unsubscribed from marketing emails
• You can create a new account anytime
