Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Sham Perfume respects your privacy and provides a clear process to assist with your request.
What Data Can Be Deleted?

How to Request Data Deletion

Step 2: Verify Your Identity
Please provide:

- Email associated with your account
- Phone number (if applicable)
- Order number (optional)
Step 3: Processing
Once your request is received, we will:
- Acknowledge your request within a reasonable timeframe
- Verify your identity before proceeding
- Begin deletion of eligible data as soon as verification is complete
- Notify you by email once the process is completed
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account will be permanently removed
- Order history will no longer be accessible
- Saved addresses and preferences will be deleted
- You will no longer receive marketing communications
- You may open a new account at any time
Important Notes
- Irreversible: Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- Compliance: Certain records may be retained as required by law.
- Active Orders: Data deletion can be processed only after any ongoing orders are completed.
