Refund Eligibility

Qualified Returns

  • Time Frame: Within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Product must be unopened and in original condition
  • Seal Intact: Perfume bottles must have unbroken manufacturer seals
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and labels included
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Items with broken seals
  • Products without original packaging
  • Special orders or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Step 2: Return Authorization

We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship the Item

Package securely and ship to the address provided. Keep tracking information.

Step 4: Inspection

Once received, we inspect the item within 2-3 business days

Step 5: Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to original card (5-7 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account (2-3 business days)
  • FPX/E-Wallet: Refunded to original account (3-5 business days)

Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Wrong Item Sent: We cover all shipping costs
