We do not accept exchanges. Returns are for refund only. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping
- Return by mail: Contact us to request a return authorization (RMA). Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Available across all Malaysia including East Malaysia.
- Return in store (optional): Amerin Mall, Level 1-6, Seri Kembangan, Selangor โ available for Klang Valley customers
- Restocking fee: none
- Refund processing: 3 business days, then 1โ5 business days for bank processing depending on payment method
