At Sham Perfume, customer satisfaction is important to us. We provide a clear and transparent refund process for unopened fragrances purchased through our website.
Refund Eligibility
Qualified Returns
- Time Frame: Within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Item must be unused and in original condition
- Seal: Fragrance packaging must have intact manufacturer seals
- Original Packaging: All accessories and packaging must be included
- Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products with broken seals
- Items missing original packaging
- Personalized or specially requested items
- Sale or clearance items unless defective
Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email support@shamperfume.my or call +60178736877 with your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our support team will provide a return authorization number along with return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please retain your tracking information for reference.
Step 4: Inspection
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days.
Step 5: Refund
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- FPX / E-Wallet: Refunded to the original payment account
Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is covered by us
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping

We currently offer refunds only. If you wish to purchase a different item, please make a new order.
