Shipping & Delivery Within Malaysia

Service Area

We currently ship to all states in West Malaysia and East Malaysia using trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: Approx. 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • East Malaysia: Approx. 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedule, weather or public holidays.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees, Tracking & Self Pickup

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order weight.
  • If a free shipping promotion is active, it will be clearly shown and applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your parcel through the courier's official tracking page.

Self Pickup (Store Pickup)

If available for your order, the Self Pickup / Store Pickup option will appear at checkout.

  • Pickup location, address and opening hours will be displayed at checkout.
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
  • Please show your order confirmation email/SMS when collecting your parcel.

Delivery Issues, Damages & Contact

Delayed or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or showing unusual tracking updates, please contact us with your order number.
  • We will help you check with the courier and follow up until the case is resolved.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before confirming your order.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Sham Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Damaged Items During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the product, inner packaging and outer box immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and attach the photos.
  • We will review the case and assist with courier claims or a replacement, subject to stock availability.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Our service is limited to addresses within Malaysia only.
