Product Sham Perfume

All fragrances offered by Sham Perfume are sourced from verified suppliers. Products are delivered in original manufacturer packaging to ensure quality and transparency.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations may occur due to:

• Photography: Colour differences caused by lighting or display settings
• Packaging: Manufacturer updates to design or labels
• Formulations: Minor adjustments by fragrance houses

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including stock issues or payment irregularities
• Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email address

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, FPX, GrabPay, Touch ’n Go
• Currency: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Payment Security: Transactions are processed through secure and encrypted gateways
• Failed Payments: Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Applicable for orders RM200 and above
• Standard Shipping: RM10 for orders below RM200
• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within Peninsular Malaysia
• East Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days

Returns and Refunds

Return Period: 30 days from delivery

Condition: Only unopened products with intact seals may be returned

Process: Please contact us to request return authorization

Refund Time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Limitation of Liability

Sham Perfume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law.
