Yes! All Shamperfume perfumes are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors in Dubai. We guarantee the authenticity of every fragrance we sell.

Which brands do you carry?

We specialize in premium Dubai brands including Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf, Rayhaan, Zimaya, and Maison Alhambra. All are renowned for their high-quality oud and oriental fragrances.

How long do the perfumes last?

Our Dubai perfumes are known for excellent longevity. Most eau de parfums last 6-12 hours, while concentrated perfumes and ouds can last 12+ hours depending on skin type and application.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders RM200 and above. Orders below RM200 have a RM10 shipping fee.

How fast is delivery?

Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia. Same-day delivery is available in Klang Valley for RM15 extra.

Do you ship to East Malaysia?

Yes, we ship to Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days to these locations.

What's the difference between EDT, EDP, and Parfum?

EDT (Eau de Toilette): 5-15% fragrance oils, lighter, 2-4 hours
EDP (Eau de Parfum): 15-20% fragrance oils, stronger, 4-8 hours
Parfum: 20%+ fragrance oils, most concentrated, 8+ hours

How should I store my perfumes?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. The original box provides the best protection. Avoid bathroom storage due to humidity.

Can I return opened perfumes?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes for hygiene reasons. We only accept returns of unopened items with intact seals within 30 days.
