Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders of RM200 and above. Orders below RM200 include a RM10 shipping fee.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 1β3 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Klang Valley for an additional fee.
Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, we ship to Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery generally takes 3β7 business days depending on location.

Whatβs the difference between EDT, EDP, and Parfum?
EDT (Eau de Toilette): lighter concentration for everyday use
EDP (Eau de Parfum): higher fragrance concentration and richer projection
Parfum: most concentrated formulation, deeper and more long-lasting scent profile
How should I store my perfumes?
Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keeping the fragrance inside its original box helps maintain quality.
Can I return opened perfumes?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. We only accept returns of unopened items with intact seals within 30 days.
