Return process

Step Action
1 Go to Track Order, find your order, and click "Request Return". Upload video evidence of the issue.
2 We review your request within 3 business days and notify you by email.
3 Once approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Download, print, and drop off the package at the courier.
4 We inspect the returned item after receiving it.
Refund processed within 3 business days to the same payment source.

We do not accept exchanges. Returns are for refund only. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return shipping

  • Return by mail: Contact us to request a return authorization (RMA). Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Available across all Malaysia including East Malaysia.
  • Return in store (optional): Amerin Mall, Level 1-6, Seri Kembangan, Selangor — available for Klang Valley customers
  • Restocking fee: none
  • Refund processing: 3 business days. Returned to the same payment source used for the original transaction
