Return process

| 1 | Go to Track Order, find your order, and click "Request Return". Upload video evidence of the issue. |
| 2 | We review your request within 3 business days and notify you by email. |
| 3 | Once approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Download, print, and drop off the package at the courier. |
| 4 | We inspect the returned item after receiving it. |

We do not accept exchanges. Returns are for refund only. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping
- Return by mail: Contact us to request a return authorization (RMA). Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Available across all Malaysia including East Malaysia.
- Return in store (optional): Amerin Mall, Level 1-6, Seri Kembangan, Selangor — available for Klang Valley customers
- Restocking fee: none
- Refund processing: 3 business days. Returned to the same payment source used for the original transaction
